For consulting and advisory matters, clients may retain the firm in accordance with its required fee. Our firm will accept a bank wire transfer, certified bank check, personal check or the American Express Card. Pursuant to anti-money laundering rules, cash payments for the firm's fees are not acceptable. NOTICE CONCERNING WIRES: Bank wire transfers are processed through the Federal Reserve wire system and the bank initiating the transfer must be a member of the Federal Reserve (or use a correspondent bank that is a member) to utilize this service. Please be aware that your banking institution may impose a fee in order to process the transaction. Bank wire transfers are normally completed on the business day following the request. The US Federal Patriot Act requires that bank wires received by our firm contain specific information indicating that the wire transfer originated from a bank account bearing the same account title of the associated client desiring to engage our firm. The funds must originate from a bank account titled identically the same as in our applicable client agreement. With the exception of receiving wired funds from a custodian in which an account is titled identically in the same manner as in the client agreement with our firm, third party wire transfers cannot be accepted.
