Holland Financial Services LLC can facilitate in the process of enabling Plan Sponsors and Employers to receive proper administration of their plan and assist in helping the Plan Sponsor or Employer in achieving their goals. In order to properly assist prospective clients in the process of establishing and implementing a plan, Holland Financial Services LLC works with trained third party administrators who are well qualified to provide actuarial and administrative services for retirement plans of all sizes. In addition, administrators recommended by Holland Financial Services LLC provide comprehensive professional services to help Plan Sponsors and Employers maintain the qualified status of their employee benefit plans under the Internal Revenue Code. Upon engaging our firm, the prospective client is provided with an administrator best suited to meet their needs and objectives. This includes assistance with plan implementation that is sensitive to the needs of the plan participants as well as being cost effective for the Plan Sponsor or Employer.
Plan Sponsors or Employers wishing to engage Holland Financial Services LLC for assistance with qualified plan administration should download a copy of the firm's disclosure brochure Form ADV 2A and 2B. Prospective clients must also complete the Confidential Qualified Plan Questionnaire. Services of this nature will generally be billed at the firm's hourly rate. The requested data within this document should be completed in its entirety and forwarded to Holland Financial Services LLC. To expedite the request, the form may be completed and submitted on line from our website. If your web browser does not support this function, simply send the document by facsimile or U.S. mail. Providing that the requested information is in good order, and the prospective client is ready to proceed with an engagement agreement for service, the firm will furnish a proposal for administrative services and deliver it to the prospective client. The client should be advised that typical fees for plan administration services include: Plan and Trust document set up; Annual Administration and per/ participant fees. Other incidental fees for plan administration may apply such as; trust accounting; distributions; loans; Forms 1099 R and 945 and any necessary amendments as needed. Fees assessed by any third party administrator recommended by Holland Financial Services LLC are separate from what the firm may charge for any consulting or investment advisory fees.
